Ever since then, we’ve been speculating about which role she might be taking on, as there’s been quite a buzz surrounding her addition to the show. When she made a brief appearance as Rosaline Rotwood, fans were vocal about their disappointment at her limited screen time. Yet, I have a hunch that Gaga’s character may have more to her story than initially perceived.

As a formidable psychic herself, Rotwood was sought out by Wednesday because she desired to reactivate her own powers. However, events took an unexpected turn, and Rotwood exacted a price from Wednesday by compelling her to swap bodies with Enid.

In the end, Gaga’s total screen time from that scene to another was barely two minutes, which left many fans feeling underwhelmed, as expressed by @AMENARTPOP.

I concur with the previous statement; she was captivating in every moment during the show she appeared in. Despite being disappointed that she didn’t have more screen time, it’s still a delight to see her there. Yet, I believe we haven’t seen the last of Lady Gaga on Wednesday, which makes the limited amount of her presence easier to accept.

However, I Have A Theory That Lady Gaga Could Play A Bigger Role In Wednesday Season 3

While wrapping up Wednesday Season 2, thoughts lingered about possible future appearances of Lady Gaga. Though her role in Season 3 hasn’t been officially confirmed yet, I found myself speculating, as Ophelia’s survival and concealment within Grandmama’s basement hinted at a potential connection to the singer.

Since Grandmama was the one who told Wednesday about Rosaline, it seems reasonable to draw a connection between the spirit and Ophelia. Moreover, in the final scene, when she was writing about how Wednesday should die (as shown above), her long platinum blonde hair reminded me strongly of Lady Gaga.

For some time, there have been whispers about her portraying Ophelia. It’s not quite time yet to lay that hypothesis to rest.

Indeed, it’s disappointing that Lady Gaga didn’t have a significant presence in the movie Wednesday, but let me assure you, there’s still a possibility she could reappear in future scenes.
