Christina Haack Left Her Husband In The Middle Of Filming The Flip Off. After Big Payment, He’s Not Holding Back

Last year, HGTV found itself in an unexpectedly dramatic situation when Christina Haack and Josh Hall parted ways during the early stages of producing The Flip Off. Despite this, the show managed to continue (without Josh), and it’s set to air in the 2025 TV schedule. Now, Haack has concluded her third marriage. The divorce was costly for Hall, who later shared some critical remarks on social media about having learned a “lesson.

Josh Hall Receives Big Payout, Property And Cars In Divorce From Christina Haack

In their divorce, it appears that financial matters were substantial concerns for HGTV stars Christina Haack and Josh Hall. Although Hall didn’t receive the “millions” Haack had claimed he sought, he did secure a sizable sum of money, along with certain properties, according to US Weekly’s report on their settlement. The details reveal that Haack made a one-time payment of $300,000 to Hall, and he is no longer obligated to repay the $100K she had initially given him during the divorce proceedings.

In their agreement, both parties appear to have relinquished any claim for spousal support, with Josh Hall having initially sought it. Each will maintain their individual bank accounts independently. Furthermore, Hall retains ownership of a house and condo in Tennessee, as well as property in California. Additionally, he was granted certain assets such as furniture, a 2021 Bentley (possibly the one that was reportedly stolen last fall), a 1970 Chevelle, a 1982 DeLorean, a 1947 Dodge, and a Hondo Motorcycle.

In the meantime, Christina Haack is giving back her own Bentley but holding onto two 2021 GMC Yukans, a 2021 Polaris Razor, and four ATVs. Regarding real estate, she continues to own a home in Newport Beach, California, as well as several properties in Tennessee.

The star of “Christina on the Coast” shared on “The Flip Off” that she wishes she had signed a prenup before marriage, as she has had to reduce her expenses due to the fact that the divorce hasn’t come without its costs.

Josh Hall Fires Parting Shot At His Ex-Wife Amid Divorce Settlement

The paperwork may all be signed, with both couples having moved on from each other long ago, but Josh Hall still had some choice words about his ex-wife. The realtor took to Instagram ahead of the long weekend, and in case you were wondering if the exes’ feelings toward each other had started to soften, the caption alongside a photo of him and a horse seems to answer that question. He wrote:

Looking forward to enjoying Labor Day weekend in the genuine world… At long last, legally divorced and a liberated individual. Throughout my life, I’ve consistently worked diligently, held onto my possessions, and rejected aid, and I intend to keep it that way. A valuable lesson I’ve taken away: avoid marrying someone who craves continuous public validation and may exploit personal struggles for attention.

It seems clear that neither Tarek El Moussa nor Christina Haack will be watching the second season of “The Flip Off”. Even though their individual shows on HGTV have been canceled, including “The Flipping El Moussas” and “Christina on the Coast”, both couples are set to return in a competition format. Among the renewals by HGTV is “The Flip Off”.

As we anticipate further updates about the upcoming season, you can catch their initial competition match, along with their past performances such as Flip or Flop, by subscribing to HBO Max.
