However, after the initial sneak peek of Dr. Henry Loomis and company, followed by the full-length release, it was evident that the accessory was meant to be. Now, it appears that the glasses are making a comeback as the “Wicked” team reimagines the iconic eyewear.

This summer, Bailey’s trendy eyewear, known as the saucy specs, gained immense popularity. Bailey himself has been delighted by the internet’s response and has even incorporated them into his personal style. Moreover, this partnership with The Shameless Fund, his non-profit organization, has proven to be a clever move. Though Dr. Loomis’ original glasses may have been a simple accessory, Bailey has transformed them into quite the showstopper. It’s delightful to see comedians like Bowen Yang and Marissa Bode, as well as actors such as Michelle Yeoh, Jeff Goldblum, and even Ariana Grande, all joining in on the fun. This whole scene feels reminiscent of the humorous fashion parody from the movie Zoolander, and I’m thoroughly enjoying it – especially since it seems more people might be following Ariana Grande’s lead by revisiting their roles in Wicked.

Before delving deeper into discussions about revisiting the Emerald City, let’s remind ourselves of other notable moments from Jurassic World. Apart from his viral incident with the ‘Slutty Little Glasses,’ he generated significant attention due to his kiss with Scarlett Johansson at JWR events. However, it’s worth mentioning that he also played a clarinet solo in the latest dinosaur blockbuster’s soundtrack, but his red carpet entrances and spectacle glasses stole the show. I can’t wait until the cast of the Ozian adaptation starts promoting it more, at which point things are bound to get even more exciting!
