Just last month, it was revealed that the filming for Harry Potter commenced at Warner Bros. Studios Leavesden, located in the United Kingdom.

HBO’s Harry Potter series is often referred to as an “accurate portrayal” of J.K. Rowling’s cherished Harry Potter books, with Rowling herself serving as the author and executive producer. The show spans over a decade, but since there are seven books in total, it remains uncertain which tales will be extended across multiple seasons.

Francesca Gardiner serves both as the writer and the show’s head producer. Mark Mylod assumes the role of executive producer and will take charge of directing various episodes. Credited as executive producers are J.K. Rowling, Neil Blair, Ruth Kenley-Letts, and David Heyman. The production of Harry Potter is a collaborative effort between HBO, Brontë Film and TV, and Warner Bros. Television.
