Tokyo Jujutsu High plays a vital role in keeping the world of jujutsu stable. Along with Kyoto Jujutsu High, it trains the future generation of sorcerers in Japan. Many famous and powerful sorcerers, including Satoru Gojo, Suguru Geto, and Kento Nanami, are graduates of this school.
By the end of Jujutsu Kaisen Season 3, most of the students at Tokyo Jujutsu High have shown what they can do in battle, giving fans a better understanding of who the strongest ones are. With the Culling Game becoming increasingly dangerous, the heroes of JJK will rely on these young sorcerers to reach their full potential and defeat Kenjaku’s evil plan.
Nobara Kugisaki Lacks the Raw Power of Her Fellow Classmates
While all students at Tokyo Jujutsu High possess considerable talent, one sorcerer is noticeably less powerful than the others. Nobara Kugisaki, a first-year student, can effectively fight many Cursed Spirits, but lacks the strength to withstand truly powerful threats.
Nobara Kugisaki’s Cursed Technique, Resonance, is incredibly adaptable, allowing her to effectively support her allies and surprise opponents. However, even this wasn’t enough to protect her from Mahito, who seriously wounded her during the Shibuya Incident. As a result, her current condition is uncertain, and she’s not expected to participate in the Culling Game in the near future.
Kirara Hoshi Has One of JJK’s Most Complicated Cursed Techniques
Season 3 of Jujutsu Kaisen features new characters, such as some previously unknown students from Tokyo Jujutsu High. Kirara Hoshi isn’t as powerful as their friend and possible partner, Kinji Hakari, but is still a skilled sorcerer.
Kirara demonstrated a solid understanding of their Cursed Technique, Love Rendezvous, during their fight with Megumi Fushiguro. This is particularly noteworthy because Love Rendezvous is a complicated technique that involves intricate constellation patterns. Despite not being one of the school’s most powerful students, Kirara’s mastery of such a complex ability highlights their considerable skill.
Panda Can Alternate Between Three Different Fighting Styles
Panda stands out from the other students at Tokyo Jujutsu High – he doesn’t look like anyone else. He’s a special Cursed Corpse, created through Principal Yaga’s research, and can generate his own cursed energy. Inside him are three separate ‘cores,’ each with its own personality and fighting style.
So far in Jujutsu Kaisen, Panda has demonstrated two of his three forms: his standard form and Gorilla. He’s used these forms to survive battles against powerful opponents like Suguru Geto and Mechamaru, showing he possesses considerable strength that rivals many sorcerers and Cursed Spirits. If his third form is as strong as, or stronger than, the first two, then Principal Yaga’s creation could be an even more formidable fighter than we thought.
Toge Inumaki’s Cursed Speech Is One of JJK’s Most OP Techniques
Watching Jujutsu Kaisen, I’ve noticed that Cursed Speech is one of the most challenging abilities to face. Users like Toge Inumaki can control both sorcerers and Cursed Spirits just by speaking, which lets them quickly defeat most opponents. Unless someone has a huge amount of Cursed Energy, it’s really hard to find a way to beat them.
After the battle in Shibuya, where Ryomen Sukuna caused massive destruction, Toge Inumaki’s condition is uncertain. He lost his left arm, but thankfully didn’t die. However, this injury likely weakened him as a fighter, even though his main power – his Cursed Technique – appears to still be working normally.
Megumi Fushiguro’s Ten Shadows Technique Is a Game Changer
I’ve been observing the first-year students at Tokyo Jujutsu High, and Megumi Fushiguro definitely stands out. While he’s in the same class as Yuji Itadori and Nobara Kugisaki, he seems much more seasoned in jujutsu. It turns out he was raised by Satoru Gojo and comes from a powerful lineage – the Zenin Clan. He’s inherited their most powerful technique, called the Ten Shadows Technique, which is pretty impressive.
Megumi Fushiguro’s Ten Shadows Technique allows him to summon incredibly strong shikigami, even the incredibly adaptable Mahoraga. Though he’s still learning to fully control his Domain Expansion and all his shikigami, Megumi has quickly become one of the most powerful sorcerers in the Culling Game Arc of Jujutsu Kaisen.
Yuji Itadori Has Immense Untapped Potential
Yuji Itadori is different from most jujutsu sorcerers because his power doesn’t come from a special technique. Instead, he relies on his natural strength, unwavering determination, and incredible potential. He seems to be naturally gifted with cursed energy, allowing him to survive tough battles against curses and other sorcerers, and he continues to improve with each new challenge.
Itadori doesn’t currently have a unique Cursed Technique, making it difficult to see him winning against the three strongest students at Tokyo Jujutsu High. But because he’s hosting Ryomen Sukuna – who is becoming incredibly powerful after consuming sixteen of his fingers – Itadori is likely the most dangerous character in the entire JJK series.
Maki Zenin Has Transformed Into the Modern-Day Toji Zenin
Some characters in Jujutsu Kaisen initially considered Maki Zenin to be a very weak sorcerer. Because she lacks Cursed Energy, she couldn’t use any magical techniques or even see spirits. However, due to a unique condition and a significant power boost in Season 3, Maki has evolved to become comparable to the incredibly powerful Toji Zenin.
During the third season of Jujutsu Kaisen, Maki Zenin single-handedly defeats the entire Zenin Clan, eliminating all of their powerful sorcerers. She takes down numerous high-level fighters, proving she’s stronger than fellow students like Yuji Itadori and Megumi Fushiguro. However, despite this incredible display of power, Maki isn’t actually the strongest student at Tokyo Jujutsu High.
Kinji Hakari’s Passion and Domain Expansion Make Him a 1-on-1 Nightmare
Before Season 3 of Jujutsu Kaisen, viewers hadn’t seen any of the third-year students at Tokyo Jujutsu High. The events leading up to the Culling Game changed that by introducing Kinji Hakari, who immediately showed off his incredible power with a tough fight against Yuji Itadori.
Yuta Okkotsu believes Kinji Hakari is even more powerful than himself. While Okkotsu might be underestimating his own abilities, Hakari is a formidable opponent in a fight. For manga fans, it’s clear that very few sorcerers could defeat Tokyo Jujutsu High’s most troublesome student in a one-on-one battle.
Yuta Okkotsu Is the Closest Thing Tokyo Jujutsu High Has to Satoru Gojo
In Jujutsu Kaisen, Yuta Okkotsu is considered the most powerful student at Tokyo Jujutsu High. Featured in Jujutsu Kaisen 0, he possesses incredible abilities, including a powerful Special Grade shikigami, the Copy Cursed Technique, and a vast amount of Cursed Energy. This makes him potentially the strongest fighter currently participating in the Culling Game.
Since becoming a jujutsu sorcerer, Yuta Okkotsu has won a remarkable number of individual battles, defeating powerful opponents like Suguru Geto, Takako Uro, Ryu Ishigori, and the Special Grade Cursed Spirit Kurourushi – more than almost anyone else in Jujutsu Kaisen. With the Culling Game still underway, the series’ heroes are counting on Yuta to be at his strongest, as he currently represents the world’s best hope for stopping the plans of both Kenjaku and Sukuna.
