Atom Eve’s Power Level Confirmed By Invincible Season 4

Be warned, this article reveals major plot points from Invincible season 4, episode 5, “Give Us a Moment.” Atom Eve has been a crucial character in Invincible from the start, and her ability to control matter gives her incredible power as a hero. She can create anything she needs in a fight, but also use her powers to help rebuild after destruction and protect others.

Eve’s path hasn’t been easy, and her powers have significant drawbacks. As a baby, the government suppressed her abilities, preventing her from reaching her full strength. Now, in season 4 of Invincible, her pregnancy is further limiting her powers, making it difficult for her to help with major crises.

Even though Atom Eve has faced some challenges, she’s still among the most powerful characters in Invincible. These issues seem temporary, especially considering she’s already broken through her mental blocks. Recent events have even shown she’s stronger than many realized, with a major villain acknowledging her power upon their return.

Conquest Confirms Eve Defeated Him Back In Invincible Season 3

Not long after the devastating Invincible War, Mark faced an even greater threat in Conquest. Their fight was difficult, and even with Oliver’s help, Mark struggled until Atom Eve intervened. She gave Mark a chance to recover and managed to hit Conquest a few times, but as expected, Conquest’s superior strength eventually won out.

The attack left Eve seemingly defeated. Fueled by anger, Mark unleashed a full-force assault on Conquest, but Conquest fought back and gained the upper hand, leaving Mark in a desperate situation. Surprisingly, the injuries Eve sustained during the battle unlocked new abilities, as revealed in the season 3 finale of Invincible.

Eve hit Conquest with a strong energy blast, badly hurting him and giving Mark the opening he needed to win. Though Eve’s attack was crucial, Conquest kept talking and even briefly stood up, implying it was Mark’s punches and headbutts that ultimately defeated him.

Surprisingly, Conquest didn’t tell the full story. When he unexpectedly returned, he admitted Eve was largely responsible for his defeat. Mark was shocked to see Conquest was still alive, initially exclaiming, “I killed you!” But Conquest quickly countered, “Let’s be honest, it was mostly your magical girlfriend.”

Okay, so maybe someone was trying to get a rise out of Mark, but honestly, it really looked like Eve was the one who took down one of Invincible‘s biggest bad guys! It totally proves she’s way more powerful than I, and a lot of other fans, initially gave her credit for. I’m seriously impressed!

Mark Is Only Just Catching Up To Atom Eve Now

Mark is undeniably a top fighter on the show, even though he often gets injured. He’s finally starting to understand just how powerful Eve is. While Mark played a role in their first victory against Conquest, Eve was the main reason they won. However, when they fought Conquest a second time, Mark managed to defeat him all by himself.

While Omni-Man and Oliver had clashed before, both Mark and Conquest were in fairly good shape when they finally fought each other. The battle was brutal – Mark choked Conquest while they fought across an unknown planet, and incredibly, he maintained his hold even while suffering severe internal injuries, including having his intestines torn.

The fight was incredibly violent and ended with the hero defeating his powerful enemy all on his own. This battle showed that Mark has become a truly superior hero in season 4 of Invincible, and is now as strong as his girlfriend, fully deserving of his title.

Why Wasn’t Atom Eve Included In The Viltrumite War?

Eve is definitely one of the most dangerous characters in Invincible, so it’s surprising to some fans that she isn’t part of the Viltrumite War. While her pregnancy is the most apparent reason, since only William knows she’s currently pregnant, it seems odd that she wasn’t even consulted about helping.

As a critic, I found Mark’s protectiveness of her went beyond just caring for her safety. It felt like he was genuinely concerned she wasn’t fully ready for the dangers they faced, especially given her powers were a bit unreliable. And it wasn’t just combat – her ability to survive in space was limited. She could have created a makeshift helmet, but with her powers glitching, even a single strong hit could’ve been fatal. It really highlighted how vulnerable she was, and how much pressure Mark was under to keep her safe.

Even though Allen and Nolan really needed skilled fighters, they should have at least asked Eve if she’d consider joining the war – it would have been her decision, just like it was for Oliver. The likely reason they didn’t ask her is that they weren’t aware of the full extent of her abilities.

It seems they don’t realize Eve defeated Conquest, or that she’s potentially more powerful than Mark when fighting at her full strength. When Omni-Man last saw her in Invincible, she didn’t seem like a significant threat, which is why she wasn’t considered for this fight. However, given her current circumstances, she likely wouldn’t have participated even if she had been asked.
