In the first episode of “90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After?”, I found myself puzzled about Gino Palazzolo and Jasmine Pineda’s relationship status. However, the subsequent episode provided some clarity. It seems that while Jasmine believes their open marriage is still valid, Gino is starting to have doubts.

As a cinephile, I’ve been watching Gino’s transformation unfold, as he’s gradually stepped out of his wife’s shadow and even publicly challenged her on social media. It appears that newfound confidence has sparked him to seek a more equal partnership, an action that’s hard not to admire, knowing the circumstances that followed once she discovered his actions.

Jasmine Was Mad Gino Broke The Rules Of The Open Relationship

Through the help of a family member, Jasmine discovered that her husband was in Las Vegas, on a date with another woman named Natalie. This revelation made Jasmine extremely angry as she believed he had broken the rules of their open marriage. According to their agreement, Gino should have sought Jasmine’s permission before engaging in such relationships, arranged a meeting first, and ultimately, Jasmine had the authority to decide if it would continue.

Funny enough, Gino didn’t participate in any of it at all. Intriguingly enough, on the show “90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After?”, he even hinted at contemplating a divorce.

I Can’t Fully Sympathize With Jasmine Knowing Where This Ultimately Ends Up

I must admit, it’s not my favorite thing to witness the cast members of “90 Day Fiancé” in distress. However, it’s challenging to feel empathy for Jasmine given the situation. If she genuinely thought that she and Gino were meant to rekindle their relationship after her involvement with Matt Branistareanu, then I suppose she would be taken aback to discover that her husband had moved on with another woman.

It seems clear to me that most people would have anticipated this situation. On the show “90 Day: The Last Resort,” Gino was essentially pressured into accepting an open marriage because Jasmine threatened to leave him if he didn’t. This decision wasn’t a mutual agreement between the two, which makes it unsurprising that things aren’t going well now.

During the tell-all for The Last Resort (filmed after this season of Happily Ever After), Jasmine stated that she doesn’t want to appear as the victim, but it seems challenging to accept her assertion when she’s expressing concerns about Gino disregarding the rules of their open marriage. It appears somewhat inequitable for her to express frustration over Gino adhering to the marriage guidelines when she’s on the verge of discovering that she may have violated the most significant rule with a pregnancy.
