If you’re looking for something to watch during the Super Bowl weekend, Paramount+ has several short series perfect for a quick binge. With all the sports action happening, these shows are great to finish in one sitting.
Taylor Sheridan’s popular shows, Landman and Tulsa King, are still big hits. But if you’re looking for something new on Paramount+, here are three other excellent shows you might not have discovered yet that showcase the range of content the streaming service offers.
Handsome Devil: Charming Killer
The true crime series, Handsome Devil: Charming Killer, quickly became popular after its release on January 20, 2026. It’s a short, three-episode miniseries – each episode is about 45 minutes long – making it perfect to watch all at once.
The three-part documentary Handsome Devil: Charming Killer tells the true story of a 25-year-old Florida man accused of murdering two women. Surprisingly, instead of public condemnation, he gained a large following of fans and admirers online. The documentary delves into this strange and disturbing internet obsession with the alleged killer.
Reunion
The series Reunion debuted quietly on Paramount+ in 2025 with little publicity. Originally created by the BBC and Showtime as a four-part show, it was later expanded to five episodes for its release on Paramount+ in the U.S.
Let me tell you, I stumbled upon a real gem last year called Reunion, and it completely blew me away. It somehow flew under the radar, despite getting a perfect 100% score on Rotten Tomatoes! This five-episode crime thriller centers around Daniel Brennan, a man just released from prison with a serious vendetta. Honestly, it’s so gripping you can easily watch the whole thing in a single evening – consider this your binge-watching recommendation!
Dreaming Whilst Black
Don’t miss Dreaming Whilst Black, a critically praised series available on Paramount+. This Showtime and A24 original is a fantastic choice for Black History Month, and with season 2 arriving later this month, it’s a show you’ll definitely want to start watching now.
I just finished watching season one of Dreaming Whilst Black and it’s so good! There are only six episodes, and they’re all around 25 minutes each, making it a super easy watch. It’s about this filmmaker, Kawbena – played by Adjani Salmon, who is amazing by the way – and he finally gets a chance to make his movie! The show centers around this big decision he has to make: does he stick to his commitments or chase his dream? I was hooked the whole time.
Inspired by a hit web series, Dreaming Whilst Black is a visually stunning and well-acted show that blends drama and comedy. It’s currently one of the top-rated shows on Paramount+, boasting a perfect score on Rotten Tomatoes, making it a great choice for a weekend binge.
