Okay, so I’ve been keeping an eye on what’s popular, and right now Ready Player One is seriously trending – it’s the 6th most-watched movie on Prime Video in the US! And honestly, it totally deserves the attention. As a sci-fi fan, I think it nails everything that makes a cyberpunk story great.
Steven Spielberg directs this exciting sci-fi adventure, taking viewers into OASIS, a virtual reality world where popular franchises like DC and Game of Thrones collide. Featuring stars Tye Sheridan (known from X-Men) and Olivia Cooke (from House of the Dragon), it’s a truly fun and imaginative experience.
2. Blade (1998)
Marvel Studios is having trouble getting the Blade movie starring Mahershala Ali off the ground. Luckily, fans eager to see Blade can enjoy the original film with Wesley Snipes while they wait for the new one to come together.
The 1998 film Blade is a violent, exciting action movie that really started the trend of superhero films we see today. With its R-rating and Wesley Snipes’ captivating performance, it’s a superhero movie you won’t be able to stop watching. 1. Sicario: Day of the Soldado (2018)
If you’re looking for something to watch on Prime Video this weekend, I recommend checking out Day of the Soldado, the sequel to the crime thriller Sicario. While it might not be quite as good as the original, it’s still a thrilling and exciting movie with a great cast and some clever surprises.
