Like all Metalmen, Bikkura Quoitur is incredibly heavy – weighing over 1000 tons – incredibly strong, and can even generate magma.
Despite their tough exterior, they’re surprisingly sensitive and easily upset by criticism. We see this during the Galactic Patrol Prisoner Saga, though their battle with Bikkura Quoitur is still an enjoyable Dragon Ball fight. Tien isn’t very good at trash talk, so it’s Chiaotzu who ends up trying to distract the Metalman with insults.
Dragon Ball’s Krillin Enters the No-Spin Zone With Yunba
Krillin is a strong fighter in the Dragon Ball Z series, but he’s often underestimated. When Moro escapes from prison, it gives the supporting characters in Dragon Ball a chance to shine, and Krillin really steps up. He makes significant improvements during the Tournament of Power and continues to impress with a great fight against Yunba from the Galactic Bandit Brigade.
Yunba is a formidable opponent because of his incredibly fast spinning ability. The fight in Dragon Ball Super features clever and dynamic choreography, like Krillin’s unique Destructo Disc technique. Ultimately, this battle in the Moro Saga is a grueling test of endurance where Yunba is slowly worn down and defeated.
Master Roshi’s Ultra Instinct Moment Buys Time For Goku
Many of the battles in the Galactic Patrol Prisoner Saga are surprisingly unpredictable, which makes even smaller fights interesting because they reveal more about the Dragon Ball characters. For example, when Miza, Iwaza, and Kikaza – three members of the Galactic Bandit Brigade – attack Master Roshi and Krillin, Roshi relies on his instincts to react.
Whenever Roshi unexpectedly masters Ultra Instinct during a fight, it’s always a memorable moment in Dragon Ball. This time, his increased power forces the three villains to combine into one massive enemy. While the resulting fusion gains the upper hand against Roshi and Krillin, Goku appears just in time to turn the tide.
Merus Pays The Ultimate Price To Weaken Moro’s Resistance
Merus is a fascinating character in the Galactic Patrol Prisoner Saga. He’s a member of the Galactic Patrol, but is secretly an Angel. He’s been key to many of the Patrol’s biggest wins, while also working to improve his powerful Angel abilities. However, as an Angel, he’s bound by strict rules that prevent him from directly intervening in the affairs of mortals.
Merus found a way around the rules by using just enough of his power to weaken Moro. Instead of directly fighting, he quickly destroyed the crystals that Moro used to copy abilities and become stronger. As a consequence, Merus was erased from existence after aiding in the battle. This scene is incredibly moving, and Goku’s eventual win against Moro wouldn’t have been possible without Merus’ earlier assistance.
Seven-Three Copies Cell By Stealing Piccolo & Gohan’s Ultimate Moves
Seven-Three from Dragon Ball Super is a particularly frightening villain with the potential to cause widespread destruction. This Android can copy the abilities of up to three different fighters, a fact Gohan and Piccolo quickly discover when they battle him. Seeing Seven-Three utilize Piccolo’s techniques – like the Super Giant Form, Special Beam Cannon, and Hellzone Grenade – is genuinely unsettling and brings to mind the terrifying moments from the Cell Saga in Dragon Ball Z, where Cell also used the powers of others against his opponents.
Seven-Three is naturally talented, but Gohan, having trained with Piccolo since childhood, is still stronger. Although their first fight is cut short, Seven-Three eventually gets a rematch against both Gohan and Piccolo. Their battles are considered some of the best content in the Dragon Ball Super manga, aside from the material featured in the Super Hero Saga.
Buu’s Overpowered Supreme Kai Transformation Almost Kills Moro
Buu is incredibly powerful in the Dragon Ball series, so the show frequently comes up with reasons to keep him out of fights. He’s actually sat out more battles than he’s fought in! However, his most iconic moment in Dragon Ball Super is when he bravely steps up to face Moro. Moro specializes in magic, which is a weakness for most Dragon Ball characters who rely on energy attacks, but Buu isn’t affected.
In Dragon Ball, Buu’s ability to quickly heal combined with his erratic fighting makes him a surprising match for Moro. Many of the weaker members of Moro’s Galactic Bandit Brigade are easily defeated in Dragon Ball Super. While Moro’s right-hand man is a ruthless criminal, he’s also quite powerful, possessing increased toughness, the ability to move objects with his mind, and strong energy blasts. He consistently grows even stronger as Moro provides him with more and more energy.
Saganbo quickly overpowers Super Saiyan 3 Goku and is then faced with a united front of many powerful Dragon Ball characters, all trying to defeat him. Moro, frustrated by the constant interruptions, pushes Saganbo’s power too far. Eager to fight Perfected Super Saiyan Blue Goku, Saganbo’s body gives out under the immense strain, shocking even Goku.
Android 17 & 18 Hit the Ultimate Team Up Against Moro
Most heroes struggle to fight Moro because his magic drains their energy. However, Androids 17 and 18 have an advantage – they don’t rely on the same type of energy, so Moro’s power doesn’t affect them. This makes them incredibly valuable allies in the fight against Moro and his group.
Their most impressive moments happen while battling Moro, especially when Goku is weakened and needs time to heal. This is the kind of action fans anticipated after Goku’s victory in the Tournament of Power. While Android 17 and 18’s involvement serves a purpose, their fight is incredibly well-done, featuring amazing artwork by Toyotarou.
Vegeta’s Dramatic Return Turns the Tables on Moro
Vegeta goes through significant and satisfying growth during the Galactic Patrol Prisoner Saga in Dragon Ball Super. Facing the immense power of Moro, Vegeta trains on Planet Yardrat and learns a new technique called Forced Spirit Fission. This ability is especially effective against Moro because it lets Vegeta manage and redistribute his energy, preventing Moro from draining it. This moment is a highlight of the Dragon Ball series and is sure to be remembered by fans for a long time.
Vegeta cleverly uses Forced Spirit Fission and withstands a powerful attack from Moro, offering a refreshing change of pace. While some Dragon Ball fans see Vegeta’s fight with Moro as him unnecessarily losing to strengthen the villain, it’s inaccurate to view it that way. Vegeta doesn’t win the fight alone, but his Forced Spirit Fission is crucial; Goku wouldn’t have been able to defeat Moro without it.

It’s common for Goku to defeat the main villain in each Dragon Ball story arc, but his final battle against Moro is particularly impressive. This fight isn’t just a victory; it’s the culmination of a long build-up that started when Goku first used Ultra Instinct Sign during the Tournament of Power. Goku showcases incredible new abilities and power by creating a massive energy copy of himself, allowing him to effectively fight Moro, who has merged with the planet Earth.
Seeing Moro use Goku’s own home against him is shocking. The battle’s power level is huge, even for Dragon Ball. Goku is stronger than ever, and his ultimate attack is fueled by the energy of the entire planet, including Uub, providing a satisfying conclusion to the Galactic Patrol Prisoner Saga.
