James Mangold’s Identity starts like a typical murder mystery, featuring a group of recognizable actors. However, as people begin to die at a remote motel, it quickly becomes clear this isn’t a simple whodunit. The film cleverly hides its true nature, culminating in a genuinely shocking twist that will leave you surprised. It’s a thriller that goes far beyond the usual mystery formula.
